The goal of the summer school is to introduce graduate students and postdocs to the many exciting new developments that occurred in geometric measure theory in recent years. The main topics that will be covered are in minimal surface theory (regularity theory, min-max theory, geometric flows, harmonic analysis) and in elliptic PDEs (nodal sets, free boundary problems, convex integration, harmonic maps). There will be 8 mini courses by major experts in these fields, distributed over two weeks, with ample time dedicated to discussions and collaborations.
